WhatsApp / Telegram पर सरकारी नौकरी दिलाने वाला Scam – Legal Action कैसे लें?
आजकल WhatsApp और Telegram पर “सरकारी नौकरी पक्की”, “Direct joining”, “Limited seats” जैसे मैसेज भेजकर
लोगों से पैसे ठगे जा रहे हैं।
सबसे खतरनाक बात यह है कि:
- Groups सरकारी विभाग के नाम से बनाए जाते हैं
- Fake offer / joining letters भेजे जाते हैं
- UPI या QR code पर तुरंत payment मांगी जाती है
पैसा जाते ही group delete हो जाता है और सभी नंबर बंद कर दिए जाते हैं।

WhatsApp / Telegram Job Scam कैसे काम करता है?
- Government logo और fake HR profile
- “Recruitment Cell”, “Selection Board” जैसे नाम
- Time pressure: “आज last date है”
- Processing / verification fee की मांग
सरकारी नौकरी में किसी भी तरह की fee WhatsApp पर नहीं मांगी जाती।
क्या यह सिर्फ ठगी है या Criminal + Cyber Crime?
ऐसे मामलों में आमतौर पर:
- Cheating (धोखाधड़ी)
- Cyber fraud
- Identity misuse
जुड़े होते हैं। इसलिए यह सिर्फ civil dispute नहीं बल्कि serious criminal offence है।
सबसे पहले क्या करें? (Immediate Legal Steps)
1️⃣ सभी Digital सबूत सुरक्षित करें
- WhatsApp / Telegram chats
- Group links, usernames
- Payment screenshots
2️⃣ Bank और UPI तुरंत block कराएं
Delay करने से recovery मुश्किल हो जाती है।
Cyber Crime Complaint कैसे दर्ज करें?
ऐसे मामलों में:
- Cyber Crime Portal पर complaint दर्ज करें
- Transaction ID और chat screenshots upload करें
Early reporting से आरोपी का account freeze हो सकता है।
क्या Police FIR भी हो सकती है?
हाँ। अगर:
- राशि ज्यादा है
- कई लोग ठगे गए हैं
- झूठा सरकारी दावा किया गया है
तो FIR दर्ज कराना पूरी तरह कानूनी है।
सरकारी नौकरी के नाम पर लंबे समय तक टालना भी अपराध
कई मामलों में आरोपी पहले WhatsApp/Telegram scam करता है और बाद में
सालों तक “process चल रही है” कहकर टालता रहता है।
