joining ke time employee se bond sign karwa lena.
Jab employee job chhodna chahta hai, company kehti hai:
“Aapne bond sign kiya hai, ab exit nahi kar sakte / bond amount bharna padega.”

Company sirf tab recover kar sakti hai jab:
- Actual training cost prove kare
- Loss quantified ho
- Recovery reasonable ho
Penalty ya arbitrary amount allowed nahi hai.
